The new Company Secretary (CS) course aligns with India’s New Education Policy and is MCA-approved. It emphasizes working knowledge at the Executive level and expert knowledge at the Professional level.

Yes, graduates can bypass the Foundation Program and enroll directly in the Executive Program, saving time on their journey to becoming a Company Secretary.
The weekend coaching is between September to November for December CS exams and between February to May for June CS exams.

Yes, you can. Call us on 83001 00220 to know more. With the course design of having motivation, mock tests and rigorous revisions, we expect you to take up Group-wise classes, as it will enable us to make you 60+ in your favourite subjects.
Registration is open under www.icsi.edu throughout the year. If your nearest date is May 31 or November 30, then you can appear for both Groups in CS Exam. If your nearest date is closer to July 31 or January 31, then you can appear for only 1 group in December or June exams respectively.
CS Training is mandatory either under a Whole-time Company Secretary in a limited company or under a Practising Company Secretary for 21 months on passing both groups of CS Executive Program. Alternatively, if you can join them while pursuing CS Executive Program and continue working for 3 years, you will get exemption from the said 21-month training.
December 21 and June 1 are the tentative dates of CS Exams for both Executive and Professional Program and continues on alternate days for every group for a period of 7 days, excluding Sundays & Christmas holidays and the CS results are declared on February 25 and August 25 respectively.
March 25 for June exams and September 25 for December exams are the dates to remember to complete 1-day orientation at the ICSI Chapter office near you and to complete the MCQ-based pre-test online to enable payment of exam fees to appear in CS Exams.
