3. Class Attendance and Discipline
Students are expected to maintain minimum attendance as specified by the institute.
Regular and punctual attendance is mandatory.Misconduct, indiscipline, or any disruptive behaviour may lead to termination of admission without refund.
4. Study Material and Copyright
Study materials provided by the institute are for personal academic use only. Reproduction, sharing, or distribution of materials without written consent of the institute is strictly prohibited.All intellectual property rights related to study materials remain with the institute.
5. Online Classes and Recordings
Access to online classes or recorded sessions is provided only to registered students.Recording, sharing, or reposting class videos or content on social media or public platforms is not permitted.Technical issues during live sessions shall be addressed, but the institute is not liable for internet or device-related problems on the student’s side.
6. Exam and Test Series
Internal tests or mock exams are conducted for academic evaluation.The institute reserves the right to modify schedules, test patterns, or evaluation methods.Results of internal tests are for guidance and may not reflect actual ICSI examination outcomes.
7. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards faculty, staff, and fellow students.Use of mobile phones during class sessions is not allowed unless permitted.Any damage to institute property shall be recovered from the concerned student.
8. Institute Rights
The institute reserves the right to change class schedules, faculty, or batch timings in the interest of academic management.In unavoidable circumstances (like government restrictions, natural calamities, or pandemics), classes may be conducted online or rescheduled without refund claims.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Student data collected during admission will be used solely for academic and administrative purposes.The institute ensures confidentiality and does not share personal information with third parties without consent.
10. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where the institute is registered.
